Such a beautiful experience cruising the canals in the evening with the city all lit up. The crew were very friendly and efficient. The cocktails were simply delicious and there was also wine available for the whole cruise. There was so much of the nibblies I couldn't finish them, even couples who were sharing a plate! Would highly recommend it.
Inspite of the fact that all the construction makes it difficult to find the cruise, and their was confusion about folks booking a candlelight cruise coming on the cocktail cruise, the cruise itself was awesome. Xavier sorted out the issues with boarding with great aplomb and was very calm, friendly, helpful and successful in arranging the problems of boarding. Great experience. We've done it twice and will do it again....thanks
This tour was absolutely fantastic. The staff on the boat were so helpful. This trip made our hen weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed this trip.We were shown to our allocated table by polite and friendly staff.
Nibbles and drinks were lovely.
The only critisicism was, once we eventually got our tickets from the kiosk we were told to join the wrong queue. The signage needs to be made clearer and the staff better informed.
Very enjoyable experience. The weather was great, which made it even more pleasant. Thank you
Cruise was very pleasant, cocktails where very nice,l.The only complaint we had was that it took us ages to find the ticket office to exchange our tickets up, needs better signage.

Well this tour was just about right not a full boat load but very comfortable. Our hosts for the night were both guides and waitresses. The boat seem to go everywhere with ease and we were kept informed of the sights and POI. It was value for money and we both enjoyed the night.
The cocktail cruise itself was very good and the waitress serving drinks did a great job. The tour narrator was not good. She seemed bored and tired of doing her job. She was unnecessarily sarcastic as well.
We were first to arrive for the tour (over an hour early) but managed to one of the only two pairs who didn't have their own table. We ended up sitting next to strangers (who got the window seat), so unfortunately I spent a lot of time looking into the kitchen that I was facing rather than seeing the sights out of the window, which was a real shame. With that said, the tour was well run, the food was AMAZING and the drinks were generous. If you have a table to yourselves (groups of 4) and are able to see the sights out of the window, I imagine this is a 5* trip well worth recommending.
