Most enjoyable. Dinner was tasty and just a bit different with cappuccino red pepper soup, veal with potato and sauerkraut mash, very decent wine, excellent service and commentary and a very lovely view of Amsterdam at night via the canals. Great.
A lovely meal with great surroundings, there wasn't a tour guide as such, but the chef did tell us a few interesting fact when she found the time.
nice trip thru the canals of Amsterdam. u could see the objects of the Amsterdam Light Festival clearly. got some infomration and the food was just great. recommended to do it
Wow, what a great experience! It was a low volume night, 12 people on a 40 person boat, but it was great from the start. Nice table, nice drink on boarding, very very smooth sailing around lots of canals while a multi-course dinner was served. Food was good and the drinks kept coming, a great way to see Amsterdam at night!
This was an excellent way to finish off our time in Europe. A very good evening, with an excellent meal (particularly the capsicum cappuchino). Excellent - the chef did a wonderful job. It was very pleasant to have the dinner in conjunction with a lively commentary for the captain, while seeing the sights of Amsterdam from the canals. Highly recommend this as a highlight.
This was our first night in Amsterdam , and a great introduction to the city. We really enjoyed the views of the canal houses and boats.
Food and service was excellent.
Completely wonderful. The food was delicious, the wine was flowing, service great, and the ride around the canals wonderful and relaxing. I'd do it again in a second. An absolute highlight of our trip.
A really good experience from start to finish, from the welcoming Prosecco and flower to the magical sight near the end looking down the side canal with seven bridges lit up in a line. The boat was very comfortable as it glided quietly along the waterways, taking us further afield than we had managed to walk during our two day stay, and the views were stunning as we passed from dusk into night. The four course meal was good and the wine flowed freely, served by a very pleasant young waiter who was happy to answer any questions about where we were passing. The young chef too was charming and she occasionally took the microphone to explain special points of interest. Highly recommended!
A lovely romantic evening cruising around the canals.
What a wonderful way to experience this beautiful city. Relaxing atmosphere, great food and beautiful scenery, what more could you want.
Lovely atmosphere onboard, friendly and efficient staff. Good food and wine. A nice touch was the flower on the table for the ladies. Our only suggestion is that the commentary could be better. We enjoyed the experience.
