SAMPLE DINNER MENU
To begin with:
- Amuse-bouches
- Fresh panzanella with herbs, fried capers and slow cooked chicken
Entree:
- Cappuccino of red pepper
- Meat - Spicy veal fricassee served on Yorkshire pudding served with stir-fried summer vegetables or
- Fish - Salmon en papillotte served with stir-fried summer vegetables or
- Vegetarian - Roasted vegetable lasagna with Rucola pesto and Parmesan cheese
- Chocolate truffle with vanilla crème and forest fruits

Such an excellent adventure. The food and experience are absolutely GREAT! This tour receives all our highest recommendation. A must do! Your wine (or other beverage) glass is almost never empty!

Dinner was fabulous! This was a great was to see the city without worrying about being hit by a bicycle all the time. Very relaxing and a highlight of our visit to Amsterdam.
