I missed this on the date I booked so I paid a NO-SHOW fees to book another one. The company which VIATOR.com made the arrangments with was so nice and freindly but they was little complicated and didn't solve the problem for me right a way. I had to visit the final service provider twice -luckily not far- to pay the fees and confirm another date. The dinner itself, ROMANTIC, nice food, staff were nice including the Captain.

This was a relaxing cruise which started as dusk began to fall at 8 o'clock and ended at about 10.20. It was wonderful to view the amazing city of Amsterdam from the boat and as darkness came the lights were beautiful. To see the tall thin houses with all their rooms on display gave us a delightful peek into the lives of the Dutch people. They are proud to show off their homes so do not close blinds or shutters. We saw elegant rooms with paintings on the walls and wonderful lighting. We saw people dining, playing guitars, painting or just socialising. In the houseboats which we passed very close to we also saw aspects of life in Holland that we wouldn't have seen by any other means. The staff were friendly, professorial and discreet so the trip was ideal for a romantic evening. The food was delicious, though we did wonder why a Yorkshire pudding was served with the main course. It was beautifully garnished with vegetables but was to English people from Manchester it was a strange thing to have on a cruise in Amsterdam. It was all delicious though and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. I could recommend this to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. The meal was far better than I had perceived, to the extent that it was probably the best we had during our Amsterdam stay. Efficient polite service, no limitation on wine, comfortable boat and very relaxing seeing Amsterdam at night. A memorable 60th birthday.

A great way to see the city ...by night, while enjoying a very good meal. An excellent experience and only positive things to say about the cruise itself, the meal, and the service. I am recommending this to all who will listen.

This trip was the highlight of our visit. On a cold, rainy evening we couldn't have done anything better. The 3 course meal (actually it was more like 5) was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful and kept our wine glasses filled up. Would highly recommend!!!

All in all was a very nice experience and I would highly recomended this four course dinner cruise for a pleasant and romantic evening. Plenty drink, very nice food, enough room on a table for two people, helpful staff giving just the right amount of attention.

I just came back from a long weekend break in Amsterdam. I had the best time there… saw everything The Dam, Anne Frank’s house, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Red Light District, and Leidseplein. But the thing that caught my eyes was the House of Bols Cocktail and Genever Experience. Right across from the Van Gogh museum. You will step into the world of the cocktail and will experience the rich Dutch Heritage. At the end of the road you’ll get a free cocktail. It’s really worth your euros. I love Amsterdam it’s a really cool city to go to.
