Brilliant, we really enjoyed the evening and the staff and the Captain made it all the better!

There was some confusion regarding our tickets, but it was sorted out in the end. The cruise was very good. Our food was nice and the service was good. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it. Just don't order the meat unless you like it very very bloody rare.

The time should allow for dark-of-night light effects so people could capture night photographs in the last leg before departure.

Well worth booking through Viator. The booking was smooth and went with no hiccups. The evening was nice - the boat decorated with candlelight and flowers. The host was very knowledgeable and funny. Well worth it.

This proved to be a very pleasant evening, the menu was excellent and was as good as you would expect in a good class restaurant. Our only concern was the slightly unorganized manner in which we queued and then were asked to board the boat. I would recommend this to all first time visitors to Amsterdam.

Very enjoyable. Good food and well organised.

We really thought that this would be a dinner/tour combination. It may be our misunderstanding, but we would not have taken it for the dinner cruise only.

The cruise was nice as I had already seen Amsterdam. but the others in my group were first-timers. It would have been better to have a guide rather than to eat and see unknown houses. The food wasn't too bad.

Shared tables with another couple, so not intimate dinner experience. Starters/Desert was good. Main meal turkey was ok. No link between Viator and cruise company so they didn't have a list of clients etc.

It would have been nice to have some commentary on the cruise.

To start with, nobody had any idea what was going on, the trip was to start with some wine in the Lounge. The only person in there was more interested in the two workers she was talking to, hence no wine; not even a hello. The temperature was about two degrees, and we froze waiting for them to figure out who, what, and where. The cruise started late and the crew was less than friendly. If I had the chance to do it again I would try another company.

Would have liked a little narrative on where we were and what we were seeing.

It was a very pleasant evening. The service and wine quality were good, but the food was poor.

The crew was professional and the boat trip took us to interesting places in Amsterdam. However, the food was not impressive.
