Start the day with a city tour of the old and new parts of the beautiful city of Amsterdam. You will visit historical buildings such as the Royal Palace, the National Monument, the Skinny Bridge, the Albert Cuyp Market and the houses situated along the banks of the canals.
Before leaving Amsterdam, you will visit a diamond factory where you can see the traditional methods of gem polishing.
In contrast to the city, your tour will then take you through the Dutch countryside to Zaanse Schans, a well-known windmill village.
After a stop for photos of the windmills, you continue to the world famous fishing villages of Volendam and Marken, with wooden houses and locals wearing their colorful style of dress.
On the way you will stop at a cheese farm, where cheese is still made in the traditional way.
