Outstanding service -- driver arrived EARLY at Hilton Hotel -- loaded a mountain of bags for 5 people taking a 14 night cruise into the new Mercedes van and drove directly to the cruise ship terminal. Best service ever!

The driver was on time to take us from our hotel to the cruise port.
Prompt, helpful, and courteous driver. Slight hiccup though. When I arrived in Amsterdam and called to confirm (as requested), the office told us a different time than what had been confirmed in a previous email. No concerns though as we were ready at the originally scheduled time (just in case).
Driver was OK. Quiet but got the job done.

SORRY THIS PART OF OUR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FROM HOTEL TO CRUISE PORT WAS POOR. DRIVER WAS IN A HURRY TO DROP US OFF A DISTANCE FROM BAGGAGE HANDLING AND PICK UP ANOTHER FARE THAT CALLED HIM OVER.. BECAUSE OF HIS IMPATIENCE WE HAD TO LUG OUR BAGGAGE A GOOD DISTANCE TO PORT.
I am sure you will have a number of poor ratings for this the company. They did not have the ability to meet the needs of a large cruise liner exiting passengers, on locating the company representative, it was 90 minutes before we exited the port.
