This is a trip well worth doing. I wouldn't have walked the red light district without a guide as I had heard a few horror stories. The tour gave great insight into the world of prostitution.

Although I'm not a nervous traveller, as I was alone I thought it best to see the Red Light District at night as part of a group. It was a fun experience and the visit to the prostitute information centre was enlightening. I also met up with other solo travellers and we socialised afterwards.

Too drawn out and repetitive. Long periods when the guide explained in several languages. One hour would be sufficient.

The talk at the Prostitute Info Centre was interesting and very informal, and thought provoking. I did wonder how complete a picture it paints though, as it very much dealt with the licensed 'windows' business.

I expected the tour to be a bit more intimate - given the nature of the beast - but the number of people was too many. Walking that many through the small alleyways and trying to manage hearing the guide was not easy. Also, it didn't really feel like a backstage tour. More like a front line walk. But, I thought it was interesting overall.
