Tops for a tour ... guide was great with lots of commentary ... skipping the line at the Anne Frank House was superb - the ad needs to advise that the tour ends at the House and your return is "on your own" ...

Fantastic really good value. fast track to Anne frank house when official tickets online are sold out. Why stand in line for a ticket when you could be on a tour and visit a diamond factory with a great tour guide we loved it and unlike much of Amesterdam what a reasonable price.

Driver and guide were excellent. Very good commentary around city with a lot of interesting information. Trip to diamond factory very good as was Anne frank house. Only problem was that departure point was chaotic with several tours leaving from the same place at the same time as well as sharing the footpath with other pedestrian traffic not going on tours. Must have been difficult for them too.

Skip the line was awesome - the most moving tour I have been on. Bus was a little boring but relaxing.

Good tour and Anne Frank house really poignant.
Only comment is that booked to go in at 1700 hours but they could not accommodate us and so we had to stand outside (in cold and wet) for another 15 minutes. However, this was outside the control of the guide

We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion round Amsterdam sights, on a bitterly cold March day, well worth booking for the skip the line ticket to Anne Frank house, as the queue was very long to get in and in bitterly cold weather do not think we would of bothered. The guide for the trip was very good, but we got taken to the diamond factory where we seemed to have longer in there than at Anne Frank, my only other complaint was that we were not told that after our visit to the Anne Frank House we would have to make our own way back to town centre, we left our bottles of water on board presumiong we would be rejoining the coach, so we felt a little abandoned on the day, glad we did not leave any thing more valuable. On the whole we felt it rather expensive to visit a diamond factory and left abandoned.

The tour company made an unscheduled stop at a diamond factory, which I thought was uncalled for. They also made the Anne Frank House the last stop on the tour and you had to fend for yourself to get back to town. I was disappointed with the tour company, not Viator.

The skip the line admission to Anne Frank’s House was nice. However, the rest of the tour focused on the architectural aspect of Amsterdam, something that my 7 and 9 year old found very boring. In fact, it even left me feeling as if I learned nothing about the city. I personally prefer some historical information when I book a tour. I like to have tourist sites pointed out to me, so that I can visit them on my own. This tour did neither of those for me. Overall, I was disappointed in the tour.
