The guide for the 1st part of the tour morning which covered the Zaanse Schans Windmills and The Voladam was good. Her commentary was very clear and precise. Could have spend more time at the Voladam though. The guide for the 2nd part of the tour afternoon was no good. She was speaking in 2 languages and I was confused. Commentary was not sufficient in English and most of the places were just a browse and go. Won't recommend for the 2nd part Delft, The Hague and Madurodam.

This trip was way too long. If we had left the shoe factory and trinket shop out, I think it would have given us more time to actually walk around. Everything was seen from the bus. The trip was in two pieces, which required the bus to return to central Amsterdam and then start again.

The trip was good but it was too much in one day, felt very rushed. Did not like that we only drove through The Hague with only a 15 minute opportunity to get out and take photos. Really should be split into two 1 day trips. Also, the tour should allow use of toilet facilities on the bus.

Wonderful things and areas to see, however the tour company sub-contracted by Viator was a disaster. The guide was confused and 'flighty' to say the least. We were on a 9 hour tour and were left behind at the 3rd location of the day. They do not check if everyone is present, even though she knew we were coming a little slower due to using a cane. Had to take a local bus back to Amsterdam and then collect our belongings from the bus company the next day. This tour can easily, and less expensively, be done on your own by using the excellent local transportation. The guide/narrator was uninformative and not worth the steep ticket price. The guide book we had with us provided much better information than she did!

Tour itself was pretty good, but very commercial. Wooden shoe factory and cheese factory were a bit crowded and very touristy.

Not enough time to shop or take pictures, otherwise very nice.

There was not enough time in Volendam, we needed just twenty minutes more for taking pictures, buying something to eat, and visiting shops.

The trip was seriously rushed - you have 20 minutes at Volendam, which you're supposed to use to get lunch, and then you get straight on a boat to Marken, and then it's back on the bus without even time to take a picture. In the afternoon, you visit the Delft factory before a bus tour you don't even get out of once. Then the Hague, and then you have about an hour at Madurodam. I would rather have paid to do all this over two days than rush through it without really doing anything. The tour guide was very good, although I wouldn't recommend being late back to the bus or you will be left behind!! We lost people on the very first stop!!!

Volendam and Marken were fabulous. You should consider just having a tour to these two places. There was confusion regarding which buses people were suppose to go on.

The Hague needs to be explored on foot for about an hour, making one or maybe two strategic bus stops.

This is actually 2 separate tours - I did not realize that when I booked it. The Zaanse Schans windmills portion is good. The afternoon tour to Delft was not so great - we saw nothing in Deflt except the pottery factory. Only drove through the Hague and there are so many great buildings there it would have been nice to get out of the bus and walk around. We had the option to go to Scheveningen or Madurodam and due to heavy traffic this part was very rushed. There is not enough time allotted for restroom breaks on either tour. The tour guides on both portions were not the most helpful or the friendliest.

This tour was a good overview of Holland, but the stops on the tour felt like one big commercial. There were no stops that were not tied to a company or a selling opportunity. I would have liked more authentic places to visit.

The tour to Delft was a waste of time as everything was outrageously priced. Despite what the guide said about factory prices, I found better priced Delft at the airport. Also, it would have been nice if we had time to enjoy lunch instead of rushing back to change buses. On other day tours I've done, we had the same bus the whole day. Also, the afternoon tour guide wasn't too knowledgeable. They rushed us through The Hague with hardly any history and no time to take a picture, except at Madurodam.

We had only thirty minutes to eat lunch in a very busy restaurant district. There was not enough time to enjoy the sights. It felt like we were constantly running through sights. Plus, our guide was not friendly.

The trip covered a decent bit of area, but some portions of it were too commercial in nature. The trip to the Delft pottery felt very commercial because the intent was for the visitors to buy some stuff - less time was spent on observing how the people make things and more was spent shopping. The same holds true for the cheese-making trip. The time given at most attractions, such as the windmill, was not adequate for the last passenger on the bus to get off and walk all the way and come back.
