I really enjoyed this tour and so did my family. The guides were very good and knew a lot of history.

Very interesting. Very cool if you want to get away for a couple of hours and see the Amsterdam countryside, it's gorgeous.

Volendam and Marken were very beautiful towns.

A nice day trip. Could have avoided the cheese farm which was only there to sell their products at inflated costs.

We would have preferred more time at the windmills. However, the tour covered a lot, so that was not possible. The tour director was very knowledgeable and easily understood.

I had a great time doing this tour. I went by myself and met a lot of nice people. The towns were beautiful and I enjoyed walking around to get an idea how they lived.

The Amsterdam city tour was just okay. I really liked Marken, except I would have liked a little more time there. I also enjoyed Volendam and the museum there.

It was worth it for the photo opportunity it provides, as well as the possibility of going to various places at one go. The time constraint was a factor, though, as not much could be done by stopping at certain places for less than an hour.

I really enjoyed this tour however it was a bit impersonal with large number of people and a strict schedule to keep. That said we saw a variety of towns and had a great overall experience.

The windmills, cheese makers, and wooden shoemakers were interesting. The fishing village was beautiful, but more touristy than historic. Instead of touring the city of Amsterdam on a bus, I'd recommend a walking tour if you have the time.

This was a nice trip, as you can admire the nice scenery in all these places.

We enjoyed the trip very much, but we didn't know the tour was in two parts. There was not enough time at the windmills. By the time we saw the shoes being made, we could not go see the windmills close up, and we were disappointed about that.

Wonderful experience. I just wish we had a little more time at each area.

We saw so much in one day! We had a blast. The Diamond Factory was surprisingly fun and educational. We learned a lot about the whole process, from polishing to purchasing, and then they let us try on rings! The city tour was helpful and relaxed. We really enjoyed seeing the wooden shoes being made. The cheese farm tour was very brief and not as much of a tour as it was a cheese tasting and gift shop tour. The cheese was great, though, but we would have loved to see more of the farm and learned more about the actual process. The windmills were breathtaking, and the countryside was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this trip to someone who would like to experience many parts of Holland's culture and history in one day. We had fun and learned a lot too!
