Mary-Anne was very knowledgable, so,it,made the trip enjoyable. Found a lot about the history of Amsterdam and saw a lot,of the countryside. Would recommend this, trip.
The city tour gives just enough info so you can decide what you really need to explore more closely. The tour of Delft was great. The Hauge was a very interesting place. Could have done without the stop at the diamond store though.
The morning tour allowed us to get our bearings around Amsterdam. For the afternoon tour we saw some of the countryside on the way to the Delft factory. The walking tour around The Hague at the end of the day allowed us to take in the history of this city.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable - we loved this tour.

The tour guide was excellent and the AMS tour great. Delft was wonderful - couldn't get into buildings in The Hague but trip was great.
The tours were great and the guide (same for both) was wonderful.
Unfortunately I didn't get what I ordered. The afternoon trip went to Volendam and Maaeken, not Delft and the Hague. I checked my eticket in the office and received a ticket for that tour. I handed it to the bus driver as the afternoon part of the tour was boarding. I don't know whether that's all they were doing that afternoon or whether they just didn't give me complete instructions, but it definitely was a different tour.
As I said, it was most enjoyable and I learned a lot.
This was an amazing trip to Amsterdam. The Hotel was in walking distance to the Museum district and to many nice restaurants.
An excellent set of tours - both guides were well informed and passed along useful information and told us stories we were not aware of. I'd recommend both tours.
We did not take this tour. We switched to the Windmills, Delft, the Hague and Madurodam Day trip. This was an outstanding day. The countryside is beautiful and seeing the cheese and wooden clog factory were interesting. The boat ride from Malken and Volendam were charming. There wasn't as much to see going to the Hague but the Madurodam is a highlight especially for young children. A jam packed tour and worth spending the entire day to see the countryside of the Netherlands. i
the trip was on time , did stick on to time everywhere , lady guide was excellent , I liked the afternoon trip as it was countryside , delft is a good place to visit , miniature world was fantastic , would recommend the trip
Enjoyed morning in Amsterdam even though I had spent the day before on the Hop On/Hop Off bus. Delft and The Hague are great places to visit but not enough time when they are covered in an afternoon. Felt rushed and had to miss opportunities to get to know the towns better.
Everything was excellent except for the tour in The Hague. There was confusion when we went for the walking tour. Folks with problems walking were not warned ahead of time, and we had to return to the drop off point to pick up one person who did not hear that the bus was to pick us up at a different place.
Worth your while! Gerda was our tour guide and she was interesting, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
I wish we had done without the city tour in order to spend more time in Delft.
Very informative, very good trip we loved it
Need more time for this trip
The morning trip was a great way to get an overview of the city. Would have enjoyed a longer stop over in Delft and the Hague rather than the amount of time in Madurodam but all in all it was well worth it.
Interesting - great tour guide. The process of getting checked in and on the bus was terrible - long lines and confusion even though we had booked our trip well in advance.
We were very happy with the tours, very informative and the guide gave clear commentaries. The wait for the second tour to commence was held up for some time with people standing on the footpath making it difficult for the public to pass through plus it was crowded while waiting for the tour and people were becoming anxious as to what bus they were on or even if it had aleady left. This part of the tour was quite unorganised and not very professional.
The one Viator voucher is exchanged at the excursion office for two tickets, one for the morning sightseeing trip and one for the afternoon trip. It is a busy office so arrive in plenty of time to exchange the voucher. Morning trip is as you expect and are dropped off near where you started leaving you plenty of time for your own lunch. The afternoon trip does what it says with ample stops etc. Excellent coach and driver, it may not happen in all cases but the guide was the same person on both trips.
THE TRIP TO THE DELFT FACTORY WAS EXTREMELY INTERESTING AND THE GOODS WERE EXCELLANT SO WE BOUGHT SOME XMAS GIFTS.The trip to the World court was interesting even though we could only look at the building and grounds.

The afternoon tour should have left earlier to avoid all the traffic. Stop in Delft plaza was waste of time. Would rather have been able to inside of building in The Hague.
