Begin the day with a three hour journey to Ghent by deluxe coach. Spend one hour exploring the medieval city of Ghent on a city tour which will visit the splendid St. Bavo Cathedral, the medieval Castle of the Counts and the old towers and bridges.
Next you will continue to historical Bruges, famous for its churches, the Begijnhof, lace factories and the fantastic shopping areas. You will have two and a half hours to immerse yourself in Bruges before returning to Amsterdam. Don't worry, there will be plenty of shopping time to pick up some Belgian chocolate!
The trip back to Amsterdam is approximately 4.5 hours.
