This was our first tour when we arrived. We liked it very much. The items were too expensive to purchase though.

We did this mainly to see the model village and some of the sights on the way. We felt it stopped too long at the pottery and we only had 55 minutes at the village whereas we needed more time there.

We loved this tour except for one thing. I was really looking forward to visiting the old part of Delft. Basically, this was a trip to the Delft factory on the outskirts of Delft. We did not even drive through the town. I would add a trip to the town, or drop this. The guide said buses could not go into town. However, a few days later, our River Cruise took a bus load to Delft. Although the short demo of the Delft technique was interesting, I felt we just went there to buy from this factory. The Hague and Madurodam were well worth the trip. I have done about 10 things with Viator, and this is the only one I have been disappointed in.

Not really worth the 6-7 hours visiting out of Amsterdam. Time would be well worth spent in Amsterdam. The Hague was very boring with the tour bus just moving between the consular and public buildings, with the guide explaining this is Pakistan Consulate....this is Vatican Consulate...blah blah....The most irritating was the guide continously speaking for almost 6-7 hours and not shutting up (Each sentence in English, Dutch, French!!!!) even on the way back to Amsterdam. Because of the constant blabber couldn't enjoy Madurodam as mood was off.

Trip was good and well conducted. Madurodam was excellent. The only fault was bus being 15 minutes late

I was disappointed that no stops were made for pictures in The Hague and at the seashore. The time in Madurodam was interesting and I learned more information about World War II in the Netherlands, a period of time I am interested in not only in the Netherlands but throughout the world.

Would have been nice to walk around The Hague and not spend so much time at Delft where all they wanted was sales.

We liked our guide on this one. He spoke much better English than our first guide. However, we learned a lesson on this tour. The Delft was neat, it was nice to see, but it was extremely expensive. The Hague was a pass through. I had an impression that we would have stopped, or paused, or walked through rather than drive by it since that was what the tour was called. The Madurodam was the best part. It was really neat to see all of the 1:25 scale pieces of Holland.

I have taken a lot of tours with Viator, but this one is one to pass on. The stop in Delft at the factory was good, but very short. We did not even stop in The Hague, just drove through the city. Madurodam was interesting, but not a must see.

Would not recommend this trip because the guide was terrible and we didn't see anything of Delft except Delft Paw factory, just passed through Hague without stopping, and been to Madurodam less than an hour. Also didn't pass by Scheveningen or the North Sea as it was said in the advertisement. Also the tour lasted only 4 hours and 20 min, because of the bad organization the tour started with 20 minutes of delay. My advice for people travelling to Holland is to go on the day trips on their own because trains, buses are traffic system is very well organized, everybody speaks English and we had much better time on the day trips we took on our own than on this disappointing tour.
