The location of the canal boats to the rail station was great. The boats were running on schedule. The boat personnel were very helpful. This trip gave us a good idea of what we wanted to see in more detail and where the sites were located.
There was some confusion for us on where to get the tickets and then which boat to take plus as it turned out we only received 1 ticket at the ticket counter when we had purchased two. We didn't realize this until we made our way to the boat but the captain welcomed us none the less without requiring us to go back. This was a great overview on a nice boat and I'd encourage anyone to do this and book ahead with Viator.
Great way to see the city
The cruise was fun, despite the rain. Moving through the canals was fascinating and a good intro to the city.
An enjoyable cruise ant tour on the canals. Take it in the evening for a real treat.
exellent, you get to go down the three main canals in amsterdam, while seeing all of the sights
We had a wonderful time!
We had to queue for around 15 minutes which is ridiculous since we had bought our tickets in advance. At other galleries, ticket holders go straight through, or, at least are fast-forwarded. The tour itself was ok.
Well organized, provides an overview of the city of Amsterdam, seen from the canals.
We went on the cruise early evening just as it was getting dark. Brilliant for looking into the fantastic house boats and house along the canal! The commentary was very interesting and we got to see a lot more of Amsterdam than if we had of been on foot!
a good way to see the city on our arrival however it was difficult to hear the commentary as during the english version others talked in their own languages very loudly

Definitely worth the price. Points out some interesting historical facts.
A different way to see amsterdam. The hop on hop off bus has more value for money if you are budget concious.

The cruise was a pleasant distraction during torrential rain. However, it was enjoyable and the commentary (in three languages) was pretty good. The pilot also added some of her own information. A good trip.
