Amsterdam Tour with Canal Cruise

Meet your host at the Damrak, a 3-minute walk from Amsterdam's Central Station, and board your air-conditioned coach for the scenic drive to Keukenhof Gardens. En route, get your first glimpse of Holland’s eye-catching tulips, looking out your window at fields awash in springtime blooms.

You’ll have more than three hours to explore 9 miles (15 km) of footpaths at Keukenhof, taking plenty of photos of the seasonal displays that include seven million tulips, daffodils and hyacinths. Admire the exquisite sculptural pieces and other works of art amid the unforgettable flowers.

Lunch at the gardens is suggested -- feel free to bring along a lunch to enjoy at one of the many benches and picnic spots, or purchase a meal from one of several restaurants located within the park before heading back to the city.

This is a must-do tour if you have a short time in Amsterdam. Keukenhof is just amazing and too beautiful to describe in words. Amsterdam city tour gives you a good perspective of the city overall covering major neighbourhoods.
Depending on the crowd, the tour operator may do Keukenhof in the morning followed by city tour, or vice versa. Our tour back from Keukenhof came back late in the evening and hence we did the canal cruise the following day. Be sure to check with operator if canal cruise can be done on the next day.

This tour is a MUST if you are in Amsterdam in April/May. Excellent flower festival.Good to book this tour, save you queing up for tickets, and cheaper booking 3 tours at once.
