Molen van Sloten
We took a bus from the airport. The bus fare and admission to the windmill with a tour is included in the I Amsterdam Card.
Hermitage Amsterdam
The Hermitage Amsterdam is closed for renovations (April 2009) and is scheduled to reopen in June 2009. This is an extension of the Hermitage of St Petersburg Russia. Admission is included in the I Amsterdam card. This is a definite must for our next trip.
Downtown Amsterdam
Our pictures were taken over Easter weekend. The city was so busy that the sidewalk couldn't accommodate everyone. It is supposed to be even busier toward the end of April for the Queen's Birtday celebration and the height of the tulip season.
Dam Square
This is the monument at Dam Square. On the square are also the New Church (Included in the I Amsterdam Card) and the Royal Palace (closed for renovations).
