The transfer service from Amsterdam Central Station to our hotel was excellent. Our group of 17 and our bags were taken care of by 2 vans very well. The drivers were very professional and on time.
Stress free way to arrive in Amsterdam. Our driver was exactly where they said he would be and was very nice.
Delivered everything promised. Waiting exactly where they said they would be. Large, clean, new Van with plenty of room for the 4 of us along with 4 luggage and our personal carrying items. My Brother in law is 260 LB. and he was comfortable. The driver was dressed well, courteous, helpful and professional. The ride was very short and a taxi would be a lot less, but It was worth the extra money for the piece of mind when arriving in a city we were not familiar with.
Not required if your hotel is in city centre as its walking distance from train station.
Very nice driver but we were disappointed that we paid so much (and it was not the minimum ) to go such a short distance. We had no idea where our hotel was and after long hours travelling we wanted to avoid queuing to get a taxi when we arrived so had prebooked this service. Turned out we could have walked the distance in less than 5 minutes. Maybe we could have been taken around the block for a bit of a look for the price we paid.
TOTAL SCAM!!! My train was late in arriving so when I arrived at the Ibis Hotel next to the Train Station, no one was there. I called the phone number provided and the operator told me that someone would be arriving in 20 minutes and to call back if not. No one arrived. When I tried to call the number back, the phone number mysteriously didn't work anymore. I called numerous times and the phone number didn't work. Ended up taking a cab after wasting more than an hour of my time trying to get a hold of someone and never being able to get a hold of anyone. I will be disputing the charge to my credit card company. Again, total scam in my eyes.

the company that this was subcontracted to arrived 45 minutes late even after 3 phone calls.
