Picked up preciousely on time. Driver wasn't quite sure of the pier, but through contacts, got us to our pier in a courteous and timely manner.

The driver arrived on time at our hotel and was very accomodating.
Great car, friendly driver, but you still get dropped of a block away from the train station because they can't get closer with a car. Hard walk if you have heavy bags. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for the transfer.
