We purchased two Amsterdam and Holland Pass and received a guided booklet. We received 20% discount when we purchased the Heneiken Experience ticket using Amsterdam and Holland Pass.

It was quite easy to use once you get the hang of it. Need to plan well to get value for money and pray that the weather is in your favour so as to get to all the places that you want to see.

The pass was worth it, though you don't skip the lines. Because I had it I was able to get a good discount on an all day trip to Bruges, which I would highly recommend. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and worth the 6 hrs. of travel. Loved the canals trip and the Rijke Museum. Be sure to get a 3 day tram pass in front of the Train Station. Very useful, when you are tired of walking.

Enjoyed using the pass to visit museums and the discount bonus at several shops. As mentioned in my other review I think all voucher redemption locations should be at one central location, thank you.

Although the pass was well worth the cost, I found that we did not use the "wooden shoe" coupons. It was also very difficult to find the "free" tour--every place we went into sent us somewhere else. It was, however, worthwhile just for the "skip the line" feature at the museums. I liked the fact that it was not a timed pass--we used a pass in Paris that had to be used in two days--did not like the timed feature. I would choose your pass again.

The Amsterdam/Holland Pass is a great value if you don't have a lot of time. We had 3 days total, and we were able to see 5 of the attractions and skip the line at Van Gogh as well as get discounts at several other places. Definitely a worthwhile investment!

It turned out to be worth the money, BUT the office at the airport had never seen a Viator Voucher before so that was a hassle, and the Canal Bus wasn't sure if we were giving them the right ticket. Luckily we were able to talk them both into honouring it. If you plan carefully, you will more than recoup the expense.
Note from Viator: Thanks for your honest feedback. We’ve contacted our local supplier and are following up to ensure this does not happen again.
