We only had a few days in Amsterdam, but wanted to get out and see more. This tour was perfect for what we wanted to see.

This was a super tour. It was a little hectic on time, but we sure enjoyed all the attractions. We had an excellent guide and we were very comfortable on the bus and boat.

After busy vacation days in Amsterdam, it was a great idea to make this trip to country side. We really relaxed and enjoyed the trip. The boat cruise was a little boring, but it took us to how the fishermen's village, which was great to see. Visiting windmills and the cheese factory with and getting samples was just perfect. There was not a lot of time to watch windmills, but enough to enjoy the view and take some pictures. For people who are concerned about watching windmills more, you can skip the small lecture on the shoe-factory and shopping in souvenir store. You can buy shoe and magnets in Amsterdam for much less. The good thing is also to buy cheese right after testing - at least then you know what you are buying. A 4.5 hour half day trip is enough.

Great tour! The tour guide was very good . . . she spoke many languages and I was very impressed! All three cities were so cute in their own way. I'm glad I got to visit them.

This was a great trip. In Zaanse Schans, we went straight for the windmills and paid 3 euros to go up in one. Volendam was quaint. All in all, enough time at each stop to get a taste of the town. It was nice to see smaller towns to contrast with Amsterdam.

Can't wait to go again next time family visits. Great tour guides and comfortable bus ride. Take some extra money because you will want to buy all the cheese because it is so good. The fish and chips in the fishing village is excellent, so order it with a large beer and enjoy.
