If you've pre booked your tickets this is definitely the way to get there. We were able to spend the whole day in the park and still have time to see universal walk, all without having to worry about traffic and parking. And we were dropped off and picked up near our hotel.

Driver was courteous and on time. The whole process of checking into the depot, finding your bus went very well. Our driver was very informative and entertaining. I don't know if I could talk and drive for an hour, but Brendan, I think that was his name, did an excellent job. All in all a very good experience.

The driver was super friendly, courteous and professional. I only gave 4 stars due to the person that answered dispatch when I called earlier in the day to confirm the pick up time. I made reservations for roundtrip but only used the service for transportation to Anaheim. Upon making the reservations, I was told to call dispatch any time after noon to confirm the pick up time as I would not be on bus to Universal from Anaheim. When I called, the dispatch person was very rude when I called. Other than that, everything else was just great!

Universal studios was better than we thought there was much more to do than we thought and would recommend it to any one that would like to go. would give four stars out of five.

We were picked up at our hotel, and assumed that we would then be on our way to Universal Studios. However, they took us to headquarters and then decanted us to another bus. This was annoying and made our day longer than it needed to be. But on a positive note, our bus driver (?Skyler), was excellent, professional and skilled at her job, so she made the trip fun. I would travel this way again.

Was not collected from hotel. Had to make my own way to terminal but bus driver was excellent and park was great.
