Pick up and trip were prompt imformative and pleasant. Bus was comfortable, personnel efficient and courteous. Just one thing though - we asked at least twice about getting dropped off at Holiday Inn at Seventh Avenue Downtown, but bus company simply declined saying it would not organise drop off at various other hotels in San Diego. Maybe in declining, it would be even better service if Lux America had suggested we try to contact the Holiday Inn to see if they had a shuttle service of their own to ferry us around from First Avenue to Seventh Avenue. As it turned out, they did have a shuttle service but we did not know about it til after we arrived. We had to wait ages for cabs - which the drop off hotel at Four Seasons generously organised for us at no gain to them. Had we known, we could have asked the Holiday Inn to send their shuttle around to Four Seasons. While this could be interpreted that Holiday Inn have failed to let us know about the shuttle, I believe there is a clear service responsibility of Lux America when it declines requests for drop offs elsewhere to suggest we might be able to get assistance from our destination hotels . In that way, if the various destination hotels have failed to provide that information, at least Lux America will have done their "extra" bit to help. Lux America overall get a 5 star rating from us for all of the trips we did through them. Also Viator in organising us.

Absolutely perfect - picked us up from our inn (even if it was not on the preferred list of hotels) and dropped us in front of the hotel where we wanted to go to.

Such a fuss free and easy trip down. The coach driver was most knowlegeable and professional. The coach was clean, comfortable and all riders were able to have a seat to themselves.

Our trip from Vegas to Anaheim was good. The driver and attendant (Mahly) were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they made the trip enjoyable and fun. We will certainly use tho service again.

Prior to booking my hotel transfer from Anaheim to San Diego, I specifically asked if shuttle would drop off at my hotel in San Diego, as I had read other reviews where this may not be the case. I was told that it would. When I received the confirmation after booking, I was told that my hotel was not in the drop-off zone. I was told that shuttle would drop me off at another hotel close to mine (2 min drive away) and I would have to walk the rest of the way. Also, when I booked, I thought I was booking an 11:30am pick-up time. Instead, I got a 9:00am pick-up. This was problematic only in that I arrived in San Diego at 10:30 and could not get into my hotel room until 12:00pm. Other than that, the shuttle was on time, the mini-coach was very clean and comfortable and the ride was very pleasant. And for a $10 tip, the driver dropped me off at the right hotel.
