The bus driver was wonderful; very funny and knowledgeable. However, the temperature on the bus was too hot. The air conditioning was not cool during most of the trip.
Hollywood is very "disappointing"! Many restrooms were very dirty! - Venice beach is a freak show!
I do not feel that the tour was worth the price and would truly want a refund if one was possible.
If it wasn't for the bus driver, I would have gotten off the bus and caught a cab to go home.
Great trip! The tour guide David was super nice and super humorous. We enjoyed the trip from beginning to the end.
Except when we called for re-confirmation time, the lady told us will pick-up us at 8:15am but acturally they came at 9:00am.
Other than that, it was a great trip!!
Nothing too fancy but not bad for the price you pay and for the convenience of being picked up and dropped back in Anaheim... Most tales on the bus revolve around Hollywood actors and films being shot in the area where we drove past.. Boring to be best !!
The tour was longer than stated. A 4.5 hour trip turned into a 6.5 hour tour. Liked the garden market the best. We were disappointed that we couldn't see more of Beverly Hills--didn't even see the Beverly Hills Hotel.
We actually saw more than what was stated. I was able to see the Hollywood sign from this tour, no where was that stated and even when I called viator, they did not know. The guide was knowledgeable, but a bit standoffish. We had ample time to explore the outside market.
This was very average. Our driver had plenty of info but lacked personality. We didn't appreciate him speeding along at 90 miles per hour with one hand on the steering wheel and the other with the mic in it on a busy freeway! We were quite relieved when he told us we would be returning to the depot on another bus.
I did appreciate being picked up an dropped off at the hotel. However, the actual tour left alot to be desired. Our tour guide did not have much to say. We were dropped off at strange places. There was false advertising..........the trip should have included a tour of celeberties homes, however, when we got there he said that was not allowed. We were all asleep on the way back. His driving was also pretty wild. Would not recommend this tour............definitely over-priced and in a word, it was "boring."
We were very unhappy with this tour. We did not see everything that was listed and were especially upset at missing Grauman's Chinese Theater. We were given a very short time at Hollywood Blvd. and were only able to see a portion of the stars. Afterwards we were taken to the Farmer's Market and were there for an hour. There was nothing to do there but shop. We can shop at home but we can't visit the Hollywood highlights that were the reason we took this tour. This was to be a 4 1/2 hour tour, leaving at noon. We were told to load the bus at the Farmer's Market at 4:45 and didn't get back to Anaheim until 7:15. This tour was an all around disappointment.
