I appreciated the driver's timeliness, friendly disposition at the time of day (early a.m.!). Overall, this is my 2nd encounter with Viator and so far so good. I will definitely use their service again in the future. It is so convenient and they make it easy to plan your trip!

Hassel free transfer. The only thing that was a hassel was having to print the evoucher from viator. As we made the booking while we were in LA it cost us $2 to print the page
