As a company, they offer a pretty good service at a reasonable price. Perhaps not as careful with our wheelchair as the driver could have been, but would still use their shuttle each time we travel to and from LAX.

This is a great service. We had a clean, comfortable minibus. Our transfer went without a hitch, and was very effiicient. I would definitely recommmend the door to door service, which costs the same as the local train from Santa Fe to L.A.

We had a prepaid voucher and so just called the day before to book our pick up. On the departure day however we heard on the news that traffic was held up due to some big fire so we called to reschedule the pick up time. The staff at the call centre was helpful and organised for us to be picked up earlier than scheduled. The driver was courteous and on time. We had no problems getting to the airport in time for our flight. We would definitely use this service again.

Efficient, punctual, reliable and economical. However, two things confuse me. When I booked the service online, it says gratuity is not needed. But when I saw your vehicle, it says tips welcomed. What should I do? After the service was booked, the email notification told me I would receive the confirmation number by email. I did not. I had to make a phone call to acquire the number, and lines are always busy.

Very busy at airport, tired, was a relief to not have to think but to just sit back and relax!! Staff need to explain a little more regarding how it works, how long travel is etc.

The trip to the hotel was great. The way back was a different story. We were to leave from Qantas but were let off the shuttle at the wrong area and had the difficulty of dragging all our bags from number 2 around to 4, where the Qantas flight left from. Not fun, especially as there was a drop-off zone outside Qantas. The driver had asked if we were flying Qantas when he dropped us off.

I had some problems in the beginning before I left on my trip. The shuttle told me that they had no record of my reservation and my voucher seemed to be useless to them. So that left me a bit nervous. And the shuttle was 20 minutes late so that made me nervous as well. But in the end it did show up and he did accept my voucher. I am new to using shuttles in this nature so I might consider trying a different company to see if this is a common occurrence before I make any recommendations or not. I would have rated my experience alot better if I did not have concern for if the bus would even show up or if he was going to accept my voucher.

The driver was extremely rude, it took 30 minutes for him to find another passenger's address. He stopped in the middle of the freeway to check his map, then every 50 meters he would stop and look at his map, 50 u-turns later and across a different neighborhood, we finally picked up the man. He also made a comment about how much luggage we had even through I told the reservation lady, and we had to put our own luggage and strollers in the shuttle.
