Bad communication at time of pick me from my hotel. I was obligated then to walk to the terminal. Not happy about that. Then the stop at Venice beach was too short, instead we can only see Rodeo Drive. Would have liked more time at Santa Monica and Walk of Fame.

The driver/operator was not good. If I took my car and drove around I could do a better job.
