Fantastic day out! Highly recommend this tour. We did the behind the scenes tour, penguin encounter and the wild artic - those tours you can book online. It was a really great day and the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We will definately be back
Our driver was strict and very much on time. Thank you for the safe ride.
Excellent day out and a must visit for anyone staying in the LA/San Diego area. We decided against taking the transport so can't comment on that part but Sea World was fun.
Fantastic day out, the pick up was on time the driver was full of great information. Worth booking had the best time.
Pick up was on time. Taken to the Luxbus depot to change buses. Seamless. Commentary on the way to San Diego (1h45m) was excellent and some nice views. (sit on the right side of the bus). Seaworld was great. Because it was a Friday we were able to get on rides very quickly. The longest we waited was 10mins. The park was open til 6 but we had to leave at 5 to pick up others from the zoo so we didn't get back too late. Therefore we had only one option for the Orca show at 12. No problems - make sure you plan your day around the big shows. One World, Blue Horizons, Pet Show and Seal show (was not very good - cheesy and tacky) Do get to the shows at least 20 mins early if you want good seats. Be warned - the front to middle of the wet zones are not wet zones they are "you will get absolutely head-to-toe saturated" zones. Take a bite to eat if you can or even better - just skip lunch totally to avoid wasting time . We were able to squeeze in every show, every ride (Manta x3) and many exhibits. Don't miss the Wild Arctic zone. Don't bother with "Dining with Shamu" or Private experiences as they will chew up your time and coming from Australia I can always do that at our Seaworld. If you are there on a weekend in a peak season I would recommend a Quick queue unlimited to save time on big shows and popular attractions. We had a fantastic day but got pretty sun burnt as there is not much shade at all - take your sunscreen!!! The trip back was a little longer (2hrs) and was ruined by a drunken idiot husband who was trying to imitate the driver, crack bad jokes, embarrass his little girl and make everyone feel uncomfortable. His wife could have said something. The driver could have said something. Besides this small annoyance (out of the company's control) it was a perfect day. Highly recommended.
Excellent day. Fantastic bus driver who was very helpful. Loved seaworld, we all had a peaceful , stress free and fun day.
Excellent tour, great driver, only issue, entry tickets for Sea World not given to us at check in but was corrected at gate using the ticket numbers.
This tour was great - and it was awesome to not have to worry about driving or parking or anything. The only improvement I would have made would be to have had a later pickup time at the park, since the drive was a little over 1.5 hours, we could have left at 7:30 or 8 and still been back at the hotel at a reasonable time. But 6:30 wasn't too bad, and still gave us a lot of time to see everything we wanted to see.
Animal shows were fantastic. Operators were Lux copachlines. - Friendly driver and comfortbale bus
Seaworld was great, loved the different shows! Thanks also to Teresa from Lux Bus for the great trip down and the Seaworld tips. It was a great day.
The guide did a good job in sharing some of the history of Anaheim on our way to the SeaWorld
It takes around 2 hrs to get there so the tour should leave at 8am to maximise time in the park, as the park closes at 5pm in winter.
