It was a great activity. The bus driver was very on time. He was very humoruous and gave us lots of information on the way to the Universal Studios Hollywood.
Bus driver was great telling us about things to do and see at Universal before we got there. We had about 7 hours at Universal and enjoyed about half of the shows and rides taking our time. Recommend the western restaurant just outside the gates where we stopped to eat and have a drink before getting back on the bus. Good prices and fast, friendly service. Inside Universal the stores and food stands take AAA or BCAA for a 10% discount on your purchases. You may have to remind some of the cashiers though. Transformer "ride" was awesome. The studio tour was different than two years ago so it's always worth doing a second time. Trip back to the hotel was a little longer because of traffic, but it seemed everyone got a little snooze in. Well worth the price of a bus ride and park admission
Was a brilliant day , decided to upgrade to VIP , was well worth it. Having been to universal before it gave me a better look at the place with getting a VIP treatment
Pick up and transfer went smoothly. Arrived at park opening and had 8 hours to explore.Bus driver did not give us much park info but did give us LA info along the way. Last year (same tour) the driver Juan? told us how to get the most out of 1 day in the park! Hotel dropoff was easy also.

If you are travelling in an unfamiliar city this is the perfect way to see universal studios. It was so easy being picked up by your driver from your hotel and taken to universal. There is plenty of time to look around and you definitely get a full day there. I would recommend this tour, it's too easy
Tour guide went above and beyond his role, had a great time, gave us all the tips for a stress free day..Plenty of time had at the park

pick up on time and de driver kindly told us de story about de city as he droves de bus with one hand and hold de mic on de other hand. Recommended: Supply de hands-free microphone to de driver, so he can hold on to de steering wheel easily and strongly with his both hands.

We took the risk and did all our transfers in the US with Viator also three day hop on hop off in NYC and the Universal Studios options.Everything went fine and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
We all had a great day at Universal Studios. The bus was on time to collect us and the driver was very imformative.

Driver was great and entertaining, woke us up with jokes etc in the morning and was exactly where she said she would be for pick up.
