We phoned 24 hours prior to departure and they had no record of our booking. They did however accept the booking. The bus showed up on time and the tour was great. We got to Universal Studios, had our full day there, got back on the bus and got dropped off again at the hotel. The bus drivers and company were extremely professional and ensured we were all looked after.

Loved Universal Studios. Better than Disneyland. However transport company let us down. Failed to pick us up from hotel. Had to catch cab to bus company. Manager was extremely rude insisting the transport had called to pick us up. Would not listen to anything I had to say. However the bus driver was wonderful.

The trip was ok but the driver was pretty irritating along the way. She should have kept quiet instead.

Although it rained all day, Universal Studies was a great experience. With that type of weather I think an earlier pickup time option could have been offered or alternatives explained. As it was the bus was late and we waited for people who had found their way back from Universal. Everyone was soaked as there is no shelter outside the studios.

Our VIP passes were not as good as we'd expected. We thought the driver was rude and his driving was not so good.
