We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and can recommend it to anybody visiting the area, interested in the art of producing some exceptional wines. Sarah our guide was most knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
We visited 3 wineries with extensive tours and wine tasting, with a break for lunch. What impressed us most was the fact that this wasn't a tour with a view of selling us wine, rather an educational experience.

Excellent tour with both wineries providing thorough presentations and ample sampling. The sampling at the The Winery and the food were top class. Tour is great value for money. The only disappointment was that the advert on Viator detailed a gift of a wine bottle stopper for each person which was not provided at the end of the tour.

Both wine trips were excellent. Our guide Marie was wonderful and I feel we were lucky to have her for 2 days. I recommend the wine tours to everyone.

This was a great day tour which covered several major areas of the Medoc and the first stop and rapid lesson in Medoc wines was excellent as an introduction. Subsequent stops at vineyards and tastings were really good. The lunch stop at Puillac was OK but less so if you wanted a snack rather than a restaurant meal as there was only a small bakery which had almost run out of food and it was Sunday so no supermarket/store was open - just seaside restaurants. We had a great day and enjoyed the background information and professionalism of our guide Sarah.

It's a shame the chateaux wouldn't ship a crate back home. I'd have had several!

We had such a fantastic time and learned so much about Medoc. Our guide Sarah was very knowledgeable about the wine region, the history of Bordeaux and made our trip all around wonderful....thank you

This was a great tour! We went to a place where we had tasting of different wines then onto two wineries, which included a tasting and tours of that specific winery. I loved that we chose the small group option b/c there were actually only 4 in our group and we got special attention and all our questions answered. Our guide was super sweet, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! She made the ride fun! It is totally worth it and I would definitely recommend it!

Tour Guide, Delphine, was knowledgeable and informative..visits to three chateaux were very well organized, and we enjoyed the tastings...however, didn't need all of the repeat background info on viniculture by the time we reached the third chateau...would have liked to enter at least one of the actual old "main" chateau buildings, but none were open to tours...time of tour seemed just about right...van was comfortable...enjoyed lunch in Pauillac, limited but adequate choice of restaurants...good way to get a quick but thorough overview of the Medoc region...

A great trip, really enjoyable with lots of photo opportunities. Our guide was excellent and gave a lot of detail. Two great chateaux visited. Stopping en route to see the other Grand chateaux including Margaux, Pichon Longueville and Cos d'estournel. Small points but would have liked less time in Pauillac and more to peruse the shop at La winery. Overall great value for a personal escorted tour.

It was an overall good wine trip. We sampled over 10 different wines, which was great. There wasn't a lot of history or background of the area if you are interested in that.

Having spent time in the Margaux/Pauillac area and visiting various vineyards after this trip i think the cost of it was quite expensive. I think lunch should be included for the price. Having said that it is nice to be driven around the area and be shown the different Chateaus without worrying about directions! I found the staff very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and the transport was comfortable. Good trip for those with no knowledge of the left bank

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

The tour was very average - we were brought around to the different vineyards and the guide barely spoke to us. Certainly not worth the money.
