Early morning departure along the route that goes round the southern arm of Argentina Lake till we reach Los Glaciares National Park . Along a winding road and after skirting the Rico Arm, you'll get to the walkways and viewpoints of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
On the afternoon, return to El Calafate. The Glacier's Viewpoint is located 85 km from El Calafate. The continuous landslides and constant noise talk by themselves of the permanent movement of the Perito Moreno Glacier. It's area is of 195 sq. km., it has a front of 4 km. and a lake of 65 km. It's height is of 60-80 m a.s.l. reaching peaks of 100 m. above lake level.
