This was a high point of our trip to B.A. The food was great and the dancing was totally amazing. This is a tango show with alot of history - the troupe has been performing (with various dancers) for years - the band is one of the best you will hear, the music soaring and passionate. There are lots of tango options around town, but this is the grand-daddy of them all in terms of history IMHO - you'll see pictures on the walls from way back in the day, and this history can be felt in the smooth moves of the dancers and the haunting deeply beautiful melodies from the band. Totally wonderful.
Fanstastic show. Food not so much. Highly recommed this but show only. Food was very poor.
There are so many great tango shows in Buenos Aires that it's really hard to choose which one to see! I was happy I chose this one; the performers were great, food was good and they had an extensive wine list!
Fantastic show! A must-do when in Buenos Aires!
The dinner/show package was worth the money. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the wine was delicious (highly recommend the white!). The only downfall was that you aren't allowed to take any pictures during the show, but the show was very well done and the dancers are great! Beautiful venue!
The show was well worth seeing. Food, wine and service were all good. It was a fun night.
A stunning night , the dancing is amazing. You'll have the opportunity to have you photo taken with one of the stars of the show. The transportation worked well. I had empanadas Argentinas for a starter, Spinach ravioli for the main and marquise piazzolla (ice cream) and bottle of wine. Great value
Show was good, the dinner experience was bad. The Spanish speaking diners were well taken care of. We do not speak Spanish so the servers waited on everyone else first. It took over a half hour to get desert after asking for it at least 12 times. It appeared the entire dining room was served before we were. As we were leaving the waitress brought us glasses of Champaign so we would give her a tip.
