- Cruise Ship Passengers: Passengers arriving by cruise ship are required to book their tours direct at the Renaissance Hotel Lobby upon arrival into Aruba. The Renaissance Hotel is approximately 2 minutes walk from the cruise ship port.
- SNUBA and SEA TREK medical restrictions: Pregnancy, recent surgery, High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Seizures and Asthma. Doctor's letter required for these conditions
- Pick-up is not provided from cruise ship ports. All cruise passengers are picked up from the Renaissance Hotel (approximately a 2 minute walk from port)
