This was a cool pub crawl. I've done a few a these in the past. They pick u up and take you back to your hotel at the end of the night. We went to 4 bars, I was hoping we would go to a club but that didn't happen. The free shots were a bit water down so expect to buy a drink at each establishment if you want a buzz. They do sell you a sippy cup for 5. You can take the cup to every bar and every drink you purchase is 5 all night which was a plus. You'll meet a lot of people I recommend doing this tour a few nights before you actually leave so you can catch up with the people you met. Also The locals will wave and dance when they see your bus drive by, that was also cool. Last but not least make sure when u see the other bus you yell out to each other
We're in our 50's....there weren't too many others in our age group....but that's no surprise or not a negative...just an observation. However, the drinks were so watered down, I dare anyone to actually get drunk....i had 10...yes 10 drinks...and felt NOTHING. The coordinators were really friendly and fun, everyone had a great time....but 3 of the 4 pubs we went to were totally empty when we got there, and totally empty when we left...and in very questionable neighborhoods. However, if you're into dancing and partying and making friends..and you're a bit younger than we are...you will enjoy this trip...it's loud and crazy and fun.
While I had a great time on the Pub Crawl, the dinner was not worth the 30 plus bucks paid ( a small plate of wilted greens as a starter, few pieces of chicken (some people were not sure), white rice and some broccoli. There was not even dessert (although the table was set for it). A basket of cookies was passed around. I would recommend the Pub Crawl only, but the evening was alot of fun.
