Marcantonio Wix was absolutely wonderful! Very client focused, on-time and very informative!
We were met at the airport when we cleared customs, friendly and knowledgeable without pushing local business. This was our second trip to Aruba and we know the lay of the land. Return trip we were pickup promptly and with enough time to arrive at the airport without a long wait for the flight. Also I left my kindle in the car upon arrival at the hotel.Thought i lost it at the hotel. I was presented with it on the return pickup when I mentioned I lost my kindle. They had no idea whom the kindle belong to and to ensure they gave it to the right owner they asked if i read any books on the beach. These people are top shelf and i would gladly use them again and highly recommend them. This was our first time using a private pickup and was unsure if this type of service was reliable.
On time and courteous
Driver was on-time and great. He gave us a lot of valuable info at arrival and showed up 15 minutes early for the return trip. 100% trustworthy. I wouldn't do it any other way.
Very simple, The best airport transfer service I have ever tried. Driver was waiting at the baggage area with a sign. Driver spoke great English. Return trip was just as good. Driver was at the Hotel lobby when he said he was going to be, no questions. I will use this service again GUARANTEED!
Mr Wix was great, he was on time to pick us up from the airport and show us place on the way to our hotel. He was early and waiting for us on our return back to the airport. High recommend his service when you are in Aruba.

The shuttle service was EXCELLENT. The drivers were there when we arrived and was waiting for us at our hotel when we got downstairs. The customer service was great. Would definitely use them again and would also recommend them.

Comfortable ride. Driver on time and very informative.
I only made the reservation for pickup at airport in Aruba the day before. Seems the reservation was not forwarded in time to the local company (Twix). When we arrived there was no driver waiting. Luckily another agency driver saw us looking around and helped us by calling the local company and they had a driver close by.
The pickup from the hotel back to the airport was great.
We had the same driver both trips and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use Twix again and just make the reservation sooner.
I was disappointed , we arrived at the airport and no one was there waiting as promised.
A security agent at the airport had to call and track down our transfer agent.
She did arrive but was late.
Also, the price was as we found out once in Aruba way too high, you can get a private taxi for $25.00 each way,,,, we paid 85.00,,,,!
