Airport transfer buses were new and comfortable. We go to hotel and airport fast and without any trouble.

It was wonderful not having to worry about getting to the resort. Drivers and guides there were extremely helpful. Timing was perfect getting to and from the airport. Will do it again!

Great. The day we left was the morning Felix hit the island. Since phone service was out at our hotel a lot of people were trying to get transportation to the airport and it was slightly disorganized but that was expected.

The drivers were great! They did a wonderful job in getting us to and from the airport and with handling our luggage. The airport greeters were easy to find and pleasant. Also, the buses were nice, cool and CLEAN. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. However, if you are in a hurry and want to go directly to and from your destination I would suggest a cab because they do make several stops along the way. For us this was no problem. Great job!

Too many hotel stops from the airport to the resorts. An hour on the bus is absurd! A taxi would have been cheaper and quicker.
