Hassle free airport to hotel return transfers without having to haggle with a taxi driver or deal with the multitude of touts at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, you see someone with your name on a placard. Transfers were always in an air conditioned Mercedes or Volvo. Would definitely use services again. Highly recommended.

After some initial problems locating the tour operator in the arrival hall--there are so many operators there trying to pick up passengers that I had to circle the hall twice to spot mine--my transfer to the hotel was fast, friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this service again on my next trip to Bangkok.

An excellent service. It takes the stress out of finding your own transport at the airport. You are taken straight to your hotel and not somewhere else I have been told.

A fantastic hassle-free way of getting from the airport to your hotel, especially when you are daunted with so many taxi offers and don't know which one is going to rip you off. My flight was an hour late, and the staff still waited for me - thank you.

After quite a long time clearing immigration I just wanted to get to the gotel. I had a speedy collection and walk to the waiting car which got me to the hotel in about 40 minutes through rush hour. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

After a long flight and arriving at Bangkok late, it was very great to have someone there to pick us up and take us to the hotel without having to give directions.

Arranging for a pick up from the airport really saves the hassle of getting a cab as most would like to check into hotel and dump the luggage so as not to waste precious holiday time and also not to worry about having change for the fare. I'm glad I made that choice especially since I was alone. A volvo picked me with a friendly driver who spoke some English. The drive from the airport was much faster then expected.

The shuttle transfer was a great way to begin what was a truly wonderful holiday. Should we come back again, we'll try to come in February or early March when perhaps it would be less humid.
