Very delicious lunch. The elephant ear fish was dressed with mint and then wrapped in rice paper. Yum!

This is the floating market on the Mekong Delta, as you can see very different to the photo advertised, very disappointing. The photo was taken from our boat by myself of what was meant to be the fruit and veg floating market.
