What a breeze. A very helpful and polite chauffeur picked us up as agreed, took us straight to our hotel and gave some great advice on the way concerning getting around in Singapore and what to do and not to do.

Very good and friendly staff, We liked liked airport. Found plenty of free internet for the passengers to use. The girl who checked into immigration was very friendly. The only thing we found was checking for flight tickets which was slowly and staff seemed to be confused.

An absolute joy to arrive and not have to arrange a shuttle or queue for a taxi! Definitely to be recommended if you've had a long and tiring journey to get to Singapore.

The driver was there on time, waiting for us, he was such a nice person. We were taken to the hotel in a beautiful Mercedes-Benz car and he gave us all the relevant advise we required.
