Driver arrived earlier than stated, which I didn't mind at all. Car was in mint condition. Driver was good, helped us with the bags; couldn't ask for more. I didn't have to worry about getting to the airport on time. Definitely recommend it.

Transfers to and from the airport were on time and the driver on the inward trip was very nice and informative. A good start to my holiday.

As this was a trip back to the airport it's difficult to rate it as anything other than functional. However our driver was great and chatted all the way to the airport giving us little snippets of information about Singapore.

Comfortable, clean vehicle. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and really welcoming driver. Nothing seemed to trouble him and he had happily waited for us even though we were among the last passengers from our flight to arrive beyond Immigration.

We booked a shared transfer but were picked up in a Mercedes as there was just ourselves. Excellent service all round.

They were excellent at keeping us informed, they rang us to check we knew the arrangements even though they had explained the details on our arrival, and the drivers and reps were very courteous and friendly.
