We only used transfers this time, but nevertheless they were on time and the staff were friendly and on time.

The driver was waiting for us. He was very nice and told us about Singapore as we had never been before. This is a must when you get off the plane. There was no problem at all with the pick-up. Highly recommend.

I arrived very late, and there was my name. Oh how lovely. Cannot fault the driver. I was the only passenger, and he treated me so well, pointing out highlights of our trip from Changi to my hotel. Highly recommend this service.

Courteous minivan driver was awaiting our arrival after midnight. Party of 3 and lots of luggage arrived promptly at hotel. No problems whatsoever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We always set up our transportation in advance. It is the only way. No worries about who is going to meet you, they always find us and then review all of the tours and confirm times of pick up. Highly recommended. This is the way to organize your own tours, without a travel agent. You can do it on your own and Viator helps.

After a long flight the last thing you want to do is join a queue for a taxi at the airport, so we booked this transfer. As soon as we collected our luggage and walked through to arrivals, there was a driver holding a card up with our name on it. He took us the short walk to his car which was lovely and comfortable. Our driver was full of information during the drive to our hotel and gave us a few tips which we found to be very helpful. Arrived at the hotel in style, will definitely book again.

The man was on time and actually sorted out all of our trips organized with Viator in 1 go. We got a full commentary all the way to the hotel - excellent.
