The driver was there waiting for us and helped with our luggage. It was a pleasure to arrive in a foreign country and feel comfortable on the start of our vacation.

It is great to have such a service when arriving from a long flight. They were waiting for us, helped with luggage, pointed out sights as we drove to the hotel. Extremely friendly and professional.

This was a great option, but future users must be aware that despite the voucher saying the driver will be holding the lead passengers name, he was not. Rather, he was holding a sign of the company which was Earl Academy and as there was only a few people there we manged to find each other. But after a flight, it was great to walk out and straight into a private car despite the small mix up.

Driver waiting as we walked into arrivals. Transfer direct to hotel in mercedes taxi. Excellent.

The driver was friendly and helpful but was not very fluent with English. He did try. He helped us with the luggage and walked with them through the street as we could not get close enough to the hotel.
