Our plane was almost 2 hrs late arriving so we followed the instructions to call the driver and he very quickly arrived. Our driver was courteous and vehicle was comfortable and clean.
The driver was very polite and very understanding our flight was cancel and was rebook for an flight 5 hour later and that flight end up to be delay 1.5 more hours so we end up arriving after midnight (and we was due to arrived around 5:00pm) we called the driver told him about the delay he was very understanding and he wait for us, the drive from the airport was great he really explain about the area, so i would recommend this service to anyone that goes to ATL in the near future
This is a great way to transfer to your hotel. The driver was there waiting for us and he was very helpful and friendly.

ALREADY DONE THIS ONCE. THE DRIVER WAS WAITING AT ARRIVALS FOR US HELPED WITH LUGGAGE AND WAS VERY POLITE. ONCE IN THE CAR WE WERE GIVEN A MOST WELCOME COLD DRINK (WHAT A GREAT JESTER) ON OUR WAY TO OUR CHOSEN HOTEL OUR DRIVER WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND GAVE US LOTS OF INFORMATION AND POINTED OUT LOCAL SIGHTS FOR US
Loved my driver-nice car too!!...cant recall the dirvers name, but he was from Nigeria and we had such an insightful conversation and his driving was impeccable....so much nicer than my last trip in a sticky cab with a crazy taxi driver who did not know English.
We Had been given miss information as to where we were to meet the driver up on our arrival. I was told that he /she would meet us in the baggage claim and wolud have a sign to indicate who he was they were in a different place we were able to make contact . We reached the hotel safely . The driver was very friendly share information about the section of Atlanta we were in.
Was supposed to meet us at baggage reclaim. Had to phone him again as he was late. We then had to walk with luggage to a pick up point that suited the driver not the customer.
An absolute shambles. Transfer taxi turned up to collect us 15 minutes before plane due to arrive at the World's busiest airport - then demanded 100 dollars extra as he said he had waited for 2 hours for us to clear immigration. Finally settled for 60 They knew which flight we were on and should be aware that getting through Immigration is a tedious business at best. We had been told to ring him when we were through collecting our luggage. Instead - he was ringing us every 15 minutes demanding to know where we were. A disastrous start to a holiday.
HORRIBLE !! At baggage claim there was no one to greet us.. Looked all around went upstairs. Still couldn't find anyone.. Called the number, There response WHERE ARE YOU ? then finally the guy calls me said meet him at an odd door.. The guy finally comes, we have to drag our own luggage, the driver is annoyed for he has been circling and is picking us up in an area not allowed for Limo's
The whole experience was a joke !!!
No car there when we arrived. Took over 30 minutes to arrive. Just not good enough
