More info on exactly what is expected should be relayed to customers, we were much older than everyone else and it was a bit taxing.

Very fulfilling, scary and thrill seeking, totally advise it, although, some parts of the water were sooooo cold!!! Tour guides were awesome and helpful!

Lots of fun but way too short. It is really only maximum 2 hrs, probably 90 minutes after suiting up. They give you about an hour to shower and eat.
