Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Shared Arrival Transfer: Auckland Airport to Hotel. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
Collected punctually and travelled to airport arriving in plenty of time to check in and clear security
They were easy to find and took us directly to our hotels front door.
After a little confusion over who would carry out the pickup, I was put on the transfer bus even before I had been confirmed. The details were sorted out during the journey without any problem. All travellers need to do is make sure they know which company provides the bus as it is not Viator themselves. In my case it was Super Shuttle. Overall it was excellent.

There were numerous shuttle buses at the airport and it was just a case of waiting your turn which turned out to be no more than a few minutes.
Easy to find, friendly helpful drivers and we didn't have to wait too long before we got taken to our hotel. It was a nice hassle free transfer.
Excellent. Picked up on time, helpful to everyone in group with bags etc.
Driver was there when we exited the airport and ready to take us to our hotel when the rest of his passengers arrived from the airport. At least we did delivered to our hotel doorstep.
Worked flawlessly, although finding which van could have been problem. We were lucky that it was the first person we asked.
Ready on arrival, courteous driver, quick delivery to destination. Vehicle interior a bit worn
The shuttle was waiting for us right outside the arrival terminal. The driver was professional, gave a little running commentary about the area and delivered us to our hotel very quickly and safely.
They were there on time so need to worry about being late to the airport.
Was reasonably priced. Driver was on time and had a good trip. Only thing i could suggest is maybe a bit of commentary along the way as this was my first time to Auckland and it would have been nice to have a few things pointed out along the way, but who knows maybe that is not part of their training.
