Absolutely loved it

Perfect if you have limited time in NZ and want to see some major highlights, both sites are a must see! I appreciated the hotel pickup and drop-off service. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable. The meal was very good and the Agrodome was great fun too. Reading past reviews I thought the day might seem too long, but that was not the case, it was great, with the right amount of stops throughout the day.

This was an excellent trip. Although it was quiet a long day there was loads to see. Dinner and refreshments were also served on the bus which was a welcome bonus. The only compliant was that we could have spent a bit more time in Rotorua, it seemed a bit rushed there.

It was a very good day. The driver did a great job of commentary and he was a very nice man.

This is a great day out to see caves and the hot springs.

We covered a lot in one day, but we wanted to see both the caves and Rotorua, so it was worth the effort. We loved the caves, thought the Maori Cultural Center was rather disorganized which stemmed mostly from our tour guide, who was not very professional.

It's a long day but if you don't have time for an overnight stay in Rotorua, this will cover the high points. There was a little confusion at the final stop about the tour but overall it was very nice. The coach we traveled on was in very good condition and the driver did a good job of narrating.

Well organized, friendly staff, and even though a lot is packed into one day which is the idea for a one day tour, it definitely gives the tourist a good taste of the region.

Very long day, but good double-deck bus service. Good value for the price compared to my cruise tour options.

A little hard to enjoy each activity with only an hour. Maybe one less attraction on the tour and maybe more time at the others.

It was OK, but could have been better

Unfortunately, there was no prerecorded German commentary as promised in the inclusions of the tour!!!!

This day trip was kind of hectic and a lot of time was spent on a road that's not scenic at all. An overnight trip would be better, but if you must see these places and you only have a few days in New Zealand, this trip is alright. The glow worms were interesting, but the thermal geyser was a bit disappointing, especially since I've been to Yellowstone National Park. You almost have to stay overnight in Rotorua in order to experience it instead of just seeing it. However, considering the time constraint, the trip was pretty good. Oh, and the lunch was excellent.
