It was a fantastic experience to fly out to a live volcano, I don't know of many people who can say they have done something like that before. Our guide was excellent in going through his tour and explaining all about the history of the volcano, I would highly recommend this trip to my friends!!! FAB!!

This experience was part of my wife's surprise 50th birthday, and an anticipated highlight of our trip to Vanuatu and NZ. It was truly that. We felt very safe and comfortable in our pilot's very capable hands, and his commentary whilst walking around White Island, an active volcano site, was very professional and informative and very safe and well paced.
It was an extremely memorable experience with plenty of opportunities for photos and movies, we highly recommend this exciting Viator opportunity, thank you. Other Viator experiences were enjoyed in the UK, France and Italy last year with similar enjoyment and safe manner.
Top experience! This was a definite highlight of our trip to NZ. The staff are very professional, and the overall experience is just wonderful. We'll be talking about this experience for years to come...
