My arrival to Brisbane was in the evening and the main counter was closed with little incorrect signposting. The waiting area was not very salubrious, but the bus left on time and the delivery to the hotel was smooth and fairly speedy. I would like to congratulate you on my return trip to the airport not because I was leaving - because of the driver was charming and helpful and very pleasant. The pick-up from the hotel and the journey was efficient and timely, but the service was wonderful.

I was impressed at how convenient it was. The only drawback is that it took an hour which I didn't mind at all, as I regarded it as a sightseeing tour, but if you were in a hurry, a taxi would be better.

The shuttle service from airport to hotel and back was satisfactory. I especially like the way a senior citizen wearing an airport uniform in the airport lobby help me find my way to the shuttle service booth when she saw me looking around. She was so accommodating.
