Coming from New Zealand, a small country, into Melbourne was so unbelievably so big!!! Walked out of customs to see the bus driver waiting for us was the best.

The driver was friendly, very pleasant and helpful. We had to wait a while for our baggage to come through, and he took my bag for me and I didn't have to do a thing. This is the third trip to Melbourne we have have used this service and I thoroughly recommend it.

I did not have to look for transport to and from the airport. The bus was waiting for me and the ride was comfortable.

We were met on time, even though it was after 12 am. The driver was very helpful, it was a relief to be met in a strange city and taken right to our hotel.
