We had a blast. The host was brilliant and knew her stuff. Obviously a shopper from way back. Loved Melbourne and the only way to shop is with Viator shopping tours.

We thought the shopping tour was great! It was very enjoyable and we got some great bargains!! Both the guide and the bus driver were great fun. We couldn't have asked for a better day.

Had a blast and plan on doing it again.

The selection of shops was great, the lunch fantastic. My only thought was that the last 3 shops we did before lunch were a waste of time, those being a little lingerie shop, a jeweller, and an expensive chocolate shop. The guide and driver were great.

Had a great time, staff great and also other shoppers. It's amazing who you can bump into. I had a ball.

Tour and lunch was good. I felt that some of the stops could have been excluded - maybe a vote at the beginning of the day to decide where you should go would be better. But overall quite good - lots of bargains!

We had several hiccups, from starting late because of coach problems to our names not being included on the list. I would've liked more time per stop and a survey at the end of the day, maybe to rate each stop. I wasn't enthused about all of the places we went to. The included meal was OK, but it was served too late. Despite all that, the trip was worth it. I got a few bargains! We had a fantastic guide and bus driver.

There were not enough bathroom breaks. The lunch venue was superb, the commentary was fantastic, and our driver kept us entertained when we weren't in the shops. There was not as much variety as we had in Sydney; this tour had too many shoe and handbag outlets. But we're glad we did it, and we will do it again.

The shopping spree tour was well worth the money. We saved what we paid for the tour and more. Great factory shops we wouldn't of otherwise got to. The only thing that let them down was the lunch. The main course was a bit greasy and bland. Came home with some great products at bargain prices. Good variety of factory outlets also.

From the booking of the tour on Viator's website, to the reception at the bus by our tour guide for the day, to the shopping trip itself, it was a really enjoyable experience. As the father I gained a lot of credits with my wife and daughter for the idea and for actually going with! Besides visiting all the interesting factory outlets and shops, it was a good introduction to the city and the culture. Our guide was very entertaining and proved an excellent hostess for the day with good general knowledge. The bus driver also made a difference. In summary the trip was terrible for the one holding the wallet, but stunning for those doing the spending!

The shopping spree and lunch was fabulous! Just didn't have enough time.

The trip was expected to be great and but turned out not. The factories had the same boring stuff eg bags, bags and clothes. I am currently interested in far different items that were not addressed on the itinerary, they didn't even give you enough time to look around. Max amount of time allowed would have been 15 minutes to run in and grab what you wanted, not enough time to try on items to make sure they fitted properly. All in all a very disappointing experience.

After getting the guides, grumpy driver and busses sorted out, we boarded the small bus only to be told that some of us were on the wrong bus. Our guide was magnificent and very friendly, helpful and apologetic. Some outlets visited were not to our liking but that goes with shopping. Catered well for young mums shopping not enough catering for older group had a lovely lunch. Did not get to meet up with any of the larger group for the day on the big pink bus. As this was our first trip to Melbourne shopping we found that the next day was a lot better catching the train and bus and a tram to places that we missed the day before. 5.30 for the daily ticket as opposed to 74.00. For the price we thought it was NOT value for the money paid. Thanks anyway for a fun sightseeing day.
